El peso de los componentes puede afectar la calidad de las soldaduras, lo que podr\u00eda generar problemas como grietas en las juntas o desalineaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-818cd4b elementor-widget elementor-widget-default\" data-id=\"818cd4b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"default.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"readmore_wrapper\">\n\t<button class=\"readmore_btn read-more\" style=\"color:#2C53A2;\">Mostrar M\u00e1s<div class=\"my-icon-wrapper\" style=\"width:16px;\">\n\t\t\t<svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" viewBox=\"0 0 16 17\" fill=\"none\"><path d=\"M12 9L8 13L4 9\" fill=\"#2C53A2\"><\/path><\/svg>\t\t<\/div><\/a><\/button>\n\t<div class=\"readmore_description\"><p>Mientras que las dimensiones estandarizadas de los circuitos impresos r\u00edgidos facilitan a los ensambladores la creaci\u00f3n de procesos altamente optimizados, similares a los de una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n en banda transportadora, que funcionan para fabricar una amplia variedad de placas, cada circuito flexible individual debe evaluarse de manera personalizada.<\/p><p>En primer lugar, la plantilla que soporta el circuito flexible debe adaptarse a su forma \u00fanica y flexible.<\/p><p>Los circuitos flexibles ultraligeros rara vez quedan planos sobre la superficie de la plantilla, y en el caso de circuitos flexibles de doble cara, los ensambladores deben dise\u00f1ar una plantilla que se ajuste tanto a la configuraci\u00f3n del circuito superior como del inferior.<\/p><p>Si el circuito flexible no queda plano sobre la plantilla, una capa de aire debajo del circuito puede generar resistencia mec\u00e1nica durante el proceso de impresi\u00f3n de pasta de soldadura y el posicionamiento de componentes SMT.<\/p><p>B\u00e1sicamente, esta capa de aire actuar\u00e1 como un trampol\u00edn y har\u00e1 que los componentes reboten en lugar de adherirse a la membrana del circuito.<\/p><p>Esto requiere herramientas especializadas y soportes auxiliares que puedan calibrarse para dise\u00f1os \u00fanicos de circuitos flexibles.<\/p><p>La geometr\u00eda personalizada de la plantilla garantiza que el circuito quede plano, incluso si presenta diferentes grosores en distintas zonas.<\/p><p>Las m\u00e1quinas de posicionamiento SMT suelen operar a alta velocidad y con un margen de error extremadamente peque\u00f1o. El cambio de temperatura debe ser gradual, ya que variaciones bruscas pueden da\u00f1ar los componentes. Por lo general, el incremento de temperatura no debe superar los 2\u00b0C por segundo. Esta informaci\u00f3n puede consultarse en la hoja t\u00e9cnica (datasheet) de la pasta de soldadura.   <\/p>\n<p>Durante la etapa de estabilizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica (thermal soak), se reduce la oxidaci\u00f3n de las almohadillas (pads) y terminales de los componentes mediante la activaci\u00f3n del flujo.<\/p>\n<p>En la etapa de reflujo, la pasta de soldadura se funde y el proceso alcanza su temperatura m\u00e1xima (inferior a la temperatura m\u00e1xima permitida por los componentes). Posteriormente, la placa procesada se enfr\u00eda y la aleaci\u00f3n de soldadura se solidifica, formando las uniones soldadas. <\/p>\n<p>En las etapas posteriores, el circuito flexible se somete a:<br \/>1. Inspecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica y pruebas el\u00e9ctricas para garantizar que est\u00e9 100% libre de errores.<br \/>2.
