Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de caract\u00e9ristiques HDI, notamment les types I, II et III, tels que d\u00e9finis dans l&rsquo;IPC-2226. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hdicircuitboard.com\/fr\/\">Les Circuits Imprim\u00e9s \u00e0 Interconnexion Haute Densit\u00e9<\/a> (HDI) offrent une densit\u00e9 de circuits bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les PCB standards, permettant ainsi de placer davantage de composants sur une surface r\u00e9duite. Voici quelques consid\u00e9rations cl\u00e9s de conception que le concepteur de PCB doit ma\u00eetriser, car il doit s'assurer que son fabricant de PCB comprend les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces circuits haute technologie.<\/p><p>Benchuang Electronics dispose des capacit\u00e9s et de l'exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9aliser tous types de projets, y compris la fabrication et la production de Circuits Imprim\u00e9s HDI. Pour s&rsquo;adapter aux composants \u00e0 pas fin, les dispositions HDI pr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :  <\/p>\n<p>Vias plus petits : Les Circuits Imprim\u00e9s HDI utilisent des microvias (per\u00e7\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement ou au laser), des vias aveugles\/enterr\u00e9s et des vias \u00e9chelonn\u00e9s pour les transitions entre couches. Ces vias ont des rapports d&rsquo;aspect plus faibles que les vias traversants classiques. Leur diam\u00e8tre r\u00e9duit, n\u00e9cessaire pour les composants \u00e0 pas fin, limite cependant leur profondeur utile.  <\/p>\n<p>Pistes plus fines : Les pistes plus fines des Circuits Imprim\u00e9s HDI sont n\u00e9cessaires pour connecter les vias sur chaque couche, y compris les vias en pastille. Elles permettent \u00e9galement une densit\u00e9 de pistes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le terme HDI. <\/p>\n<p>Nombre de couches accru : Nous avons con\u00e7u des Circuits Imprim\u00e9s non-HDI avec un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de couches, mais les Circuits Imprim\u00e9s HDI peuvent facilement atteindre 20 couches ou plus lorsqu&rsquo;ils int\u00e8grent des composants \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 de broches (par exemple, des FPGA).<\/p>\n<p>Niveaux de signal plus bas : Les Circuits Imprim\u00e9s HDI ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s pour les hautes tensions ou les forts courants. Une stratification s\u00e9quentielle ajoute deux couches de cuivre pour un total de N+2 couches. Cet empilement ne comporte pas de vias superpos\u00e9s. Il y a une stratification suppl\u00e9mentaire et aucun empilement de vias. Le via enterr\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 perc\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement. Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser un remplissage conducteur pour le via. Il se remplit naturellement de mat\u00e9riau di\u00e9lectrique. Ces PCB HDI avanc\u00e9s contiennent plusieurs couches de microvias remplis de cuivre et superpos\u00e9s dans les pastilles, permettant des interconnexions encore plus complexes. Lorsqu&rsquo;on utilise un Circuit Imprim\u00e9 Any Layer HDI, chaque couche poss\u00e8de ses propres microvias laser-perc\u00e9s et remplis de cuivre. Parmi ceux-ci, les types IV, V et VI sont plus co\u00fbteux \u00e0 fabriquer et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inadapt\u00e9s aux PCB haute densit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentant des d\u00e9fis de routage et de sortie BGA.<\/p><p>La fabricabilit\u00e9 d'une conception HDI est principalement li\u00e9e aux structures de vias. Les structures Microvia peuvent avoir un impact significatif sur le processus de fabrication, car elles influencent directement le nombre de cycles de stratification.
