Les mat\u00e9riaux stratifi\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer ces cartes se caract\u00e9risent par une constante di\u00e9lectrique faible, un CTE \u00e9lev\u00e9, une faible tangente de perte et des composites avanc\u00e9s. Ces cartes sont utilis\u00e9es dans des applications militaires, m\u00e9dicales et de communication avanc\u00e9e telles que les GPS, les radars et les stations de base.  <\/p>\n<p>Un circuit imprim\u00e9 hyperfr\u00e9quence, qu&rsquo;il soit rigide ou flexible, offre des taux de flux de signal plus rapides et une plage de fr\u00e9quence allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 GHz. Il est important de noter qu&rsquo;il existe de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux con\u00e7us pour fonctionner \u00e0 des niveaux de haute fr\u00e9quence. Les circuits imprim\u00e9s hyperfr\u00e9quence se d\u00e9finissent par une constante di\u00e9lectrique (Dk) plus faible, un facteur de dissipation (Df) plus bas et de faibles niveaux de dilatation thermique. Ils sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9s pour la technologie <g id=\"gid_0\">HDI<\/g>. La partie r\u00e9elle (Dk) n\u2019a aucun lien avec les pertes di\u00e9lectriques lorsque l\u2019imp\u00e9dance est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 votre valeur cible.
