Les circuits flexibles sont construits \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de substrats non renforc\u00e9s compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un film di\u00e9lectrique en polyimide recouvert de cuivre lamin\u00e9. Le cuivre lamin\u00e9 est plus flexible que la feuille de cuivre utilis\u00e9e dans les circuits imprim\u00e9s rigides. Le Bondply est utilis\u00e9 pour isoler les couches conductrices, similairement au pr\u00e9impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans les circuits rigides. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une couche de film polyimide avec un adh\u00e9sif appliqu\u00e9 sur chaque face.
