Pour les circuits double face, les assembleurs doivent concevoir un palier adapt\u00e9 aux configurations des circuits sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p>Si le circuit ne repose pas parfaitement \u00e0 plat, un coussin d'air peut cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique durant l'impression de p\u00e2te \u00e0 souder et le placement des CMS.<\/p><p>Ce coussin d'air agit comme un trampoline, faisant rebondir les composants au lieu de les fixer sur la membrane du circuit.<\/p><p>Cela n\u00e9cessite des outillages sp\u00e9ciaux et des supports de calibration sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque conception flexible.<\/p><p>Une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de palier sur mesure garantit un positionnement parfait m\u00eame avec des variations d'\u00e9paisseur.<\/p><p>Les machines de placement CMS op\u00e8rent \u00e0 haute vitesse avec une marge d'erreur infime. Cette p\u00e2te fond pendant le processus de refusion et se solidifie en refroidissant pour former un joint de soudure de qualit\u00e9. Cette op\u00e9ration s&rsquo;effectue dans des fours \u00e0 refusion dot\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes zones de chauffe. La temp\u00e9rature doit changer progressivement car des changements rapides de temp\u00e9rature peuvent endommager les composants. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le changement de temp\u00e9rature ne d\u00e9passe pas 2\u00b0C\/seconde. Ces informations peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es dans la fiche technique de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 souder.   <\/p>\n<p>Pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de maintien thermique, l&rsquo;oxydation des pastilles et des broches des composants est r\u00e9duite en activant le flux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de refusion, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 souder fond et le processus atteint sa temp\u00e9rature maximale (inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature maximale autoris\u00e9e des composants). Le circuit trait\u00e9 est ensuite refroidi et l&rsquo;alliage de soudure se solidifie pour cr\u00e9er les joints de soudure. <\/p>\n<p>Dans les \u00e9tapes suivantes, le circuit imprim\u00e9 flexible est inspect\u00e9 optiquement et test\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il est 100% exempt d&rsquo;erreurs. Apr\u00e8s les tests, il est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 du panneau et envoy\u00e9 au contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 final (FQC).
