Un circuit flexible rigidifi\u00e9 n&rsquo;est rien d&rsquo;autre qu&rsquo;un <g id=\"gid_0\">circuit imprim\u00e9 flexible<\/g> renforc\u00e9 par une plaque FR4 pour augmenter sa rigidit\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;assemblage. Les couches des circuits flex-rigides sont interconnect\u00e9es \u00e9lectriquement par des vias.  <\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ces circuits imprim\u00e9s offrent des options multicouches. L&rsquo;aspect important ici est que les couches flexibles sont toujours plac\u00e9es au centre de l&#8217;empilement. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est n\u00e9cessaire de cuire ces circuits avant le processus d&rsquo;assemblage.  <\/p>\n<h4>Panels de circuits flex-rigides<\/h4>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les fabricants et les ateliers d&rsquo;assemblage pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent recevoir les circuits flex-rigides sous forme de panels. Cela maintient les circuits stables pendant l&rsquo;assemblage. Une fois l&rsquo;assemblage termin\u00e9, les circuits sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s des panels. Contactez toujours votre fabricant pour conna\u00eetre les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques concernant les panels.<\/p>\n<h4>Maintien des pi\u00e8ces dans le panel d&rsquo;assemblage<\/h4>\n<p>La solution la plus courante pour les d\u00e9coupes dans les circuits flex-rigides est l&rsquo;utilisation de \u00ab\u00a0mouse bites\u00a0\u00bb (micro-perforations), similaires \u00e0 ceux des circuits rigides standards. Pour les circuits flexibles, les languettes (tabs) sont couramment employ\u00e9es. Les languettes sont de petites sections non d\u00e9coup\u00e9es le long du contour de la pi\u00e8ce.  <\/p>\n<p>Le rainurage en V (V-scoring) peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour les conceptions flex-rigides. Un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9coupe post-assemblage sera n\u00e9cessaire pour finaliser la coupe en V et permettre la s\u00e9paration des pi\u00e8ces du panel. Le rainurage en V laisse les couches flexibles centrales intactes. Cette m\u00e9thode n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas utilis\u00e9e pour les circuits purement flexibles, car le processus de d\u00e9coupe laisse une finition de bord rugueuse ind\u00e9sirable.
