Un circuito flessibile irrigidito non \u00e8 altro che un <g id=\"gid_0\">circuito stampato flessibile<\/g> con un rinforzo in FR4 aggiunto per aumentare la rigidit\u00e0 durante l&#8217;assemblaggio. Gli strati del circuito rigido-flessibile sono interconnessi elettricamente attraverso i vias.  <\/p>\n<p>Generalmente, questi circuiti stampati offrono opzioni multistrato. L&#8217;aspetto importante \u00e8 che gli strati flessibili in queste schede sono sempre posizionati al centro dello stack-up. Pertanto, \u00e8 necessario essiccare queste schede prima del processo di assemblaggio.  <\/p>\n<h4>Array rigido-flessibili<\/h4>\n<p>Generalmente, i produttori e le aziende di assemblaggio preferiscono ricevere i circuiti rigido-flessibili in array. Questo sistema mantiene le schede stabili durante l&#8217;assemblaggio. Una volta completato il processo di assemblaggio, le schede vengono rimosse dagli array. \u00c8 sempre consigliabile contattare il produttore per conoscere i requisiti specifici degli array.<\/p>\n<h4>Ritenzione dei componenti nell&#8217;array di assemblaggio<\/h4>\n<p>La soluzione pi\u00f9 comune per i distaccamenti nei circuiti rigido-flessibili sono i &#8220;mouse bites&#8221; (simili ai circuiti stampati rigidi standard). Per i design di circuiti flessibili, le soluzioni pi\u00f9 utilizzate sono le linguette. Le linguette sono le piccole sezioni non tagliate lungo il profilo del componente.  <\/p>\n<p>Il V-scoring pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato anche per i design rigido-flessibili. Sar\u00e0 necessario un sistema di taglio post-assemblaggio per completare il taglio a V e permettere la separazione delle parti dall&#8217;array. Il V-scoring lascia intatti gli strati flessibili centrali. Generalmente, il V-scoring non viene utilizzato nei design puramente flessibili, poich\u00e9 il processo di taglio lascia un bordo ruvido indesiderato. Tuttavia, se le schede vengono assemblate immediatamente dopo la produzione, non \u00e8 necessaria la pre-essiccazione. La causa principale \u00e8 la conversione dell'umidit\u00e0 intrappolata in vapore alle temperature di reflow durante l'assemblaggio.
