  • Quatities: The quantity of boards required
  • Lead time: Your deadline for order shipment, known as turnaround (short turnaround increases cost)
PCB Specification
  • Base material: Type of board material (FR4, high-temp FR4, Rogers, Teflon, etc). FR4 is standard
  • Copper weight: .5 oz.,1 oz., 2 oz., etc. 1 oz. is standard
  • Board thickness and tolerance: .062 inches, .032 inches, .093 inches. .062 inches is standard
  • Solder mask and component overlay color: Green solder is standard, white silkscreen is standard
  • Surface finish: SMOBC, HAL, immersion gold, etc. SMOBC and HAL are standard
  • Delivery format:Do you want your boards to remain panelized, or supplied individually cut?
PCB Fabrication and PCB Assembly Requirements
  • PCB fabrication: Gerber files in RS-274-X format , drill files, IPC-356A (optional)
  • PCB assembly: Gerber files RS-274-X format, drill files, X-Y data, Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format, 3D visual image or PDF and assembly drawing.
