Det finns olika typer av HDI-egenskaper, typ I, typ II och typ III enligt definitionen i IPC-2226. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hdicircuitboard.com\/sv\/\">H\u00f6gdensitetsinterkonnekterande<\/a> (HDI) kretskort har en betydligt h\u00f6gre kretst\u00e4thet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med standardkretskort, vilket inneb\u00e4r att fler komponenter kan placeras p\u00e5 en mindre yta. F\u00f6r att kunna hantera finstegade komponenter kommer du att hitta f\u00f6ljande typiska egenskaper i en HDI-layout:  <\/p>\n<p>Mindre viah\u00e5l: HDI-kretskort anv\u00e4nder mikroviah\u00e5l (mekaniskt eller lasersvarvade), blinda\/g\u00f6mda och stegrade viah\u00e5l f\u00f6r lager\u00f6verg\u00e5ngar. Dessa viah\u00e5l har mindre aspektf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden \u00e4n typiska genomg\u00e5ende viah\u00e5l. F\u00f6r att kunna anv\u00e4nda dessa viah\u00e5l med finstegade komponenter \u00e4r deras diametrar mindre, vilket i sin tur begr\u00e4nsar deras anv\u00e4ndbara djup.  <\/p>\n<p>Tunnare ledningar: De tunnare ledningarna som anv\u00e4nds i HDI-kretskort kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra anslutningar till viah\u00e5l p\u00e5 varje lager, liksom till in-pad-viah\u00e5l. De tunnare ledningarna m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6gre ledningst\u00e4thet, d\u00e4rav termen HDI. <\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6gre lagerantal: Vi har tillverkat icke-HDI-kretskort med h\u00f6ga lagerantal, men HDI-kretskort kan enkelt n\u00e5 20 eller fler lager n\u00e4r man arbetar med komponenter med h\u00f6g pint\u00e4thet (t.ex. FPGA:er).<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gre signaluppniv\u00e5er: HDI-kretskort anv\u00e4nds inte f\u00f6r h\u00f6g sp\u00e4nning eller h\u00f6g str\u00f6m.
