Det ger ocks\u00e5 strukturell stabilitet f\u00f6r en kopparpad som t\u00e4cker h\u00e5let i fallet med via-in-pad. Observera att via:erna fortfarande \u00e4r pl\u00e4terade med koppar, s\u00e5 de kommer att leda v\u00e4rme och elektriska signaler \u2013 den enda skillnaden j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med traditionella via \u00e4r att luften i h\u00e5let ers\u00e4tts av fyllmaterialet.  <\/p>\n<p>Det rekommenderas alltid att matcha CTE-v\u00e4rdena (v\u00e4rmexpansionskoefficient) f\u00f6r via-fyllningen med det omgivande laminatet f\u00f6r att undvika framtida sprickbildningar p\u00e5 grund av krympning eller expansion.
